Job Description Develops and maintains customer relationship and delivers our service portfolio. Drive revenue growth through the adoption of Services Portfolio packages. Responsible for working with teams for delivery across a diverse set of functional areas including product, services, IT and business operations. This includes managing the service offers throughout the maintenance duration, gathering and prioritizing service product and maintenance requirements, and collaborating with key work partners to deliver ongoing support. A self-starter, demonstrate the ability to influence decision makers, and ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are identified and met/exceeded and that the service solution supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

1. Project Management

Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to achieve specific goals

Administer OSMCE-initiated projects, rollouts, and policy change to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery

​Implement​ detailed task plans and ​manages​ these in the execution of projects

Establish a collaborative working relationship between OSMCE units and the project team to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to stakeholders

Document and track detailed action register to ensure roadblocks are identified, owned and resolved expeditiously

Ensure completeness of high-level OSMCE business impact analysis necessary for the project implementation

​Reinforces​proper gating of every project milestones

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and aids in the creation of business continuity plan

Facilitate weekly cadence to provide regular and timely reporting of project progress to the sponsors and/or project team

2. Stakeholder Management

Act ​as SPOC to Product Management and ISG for all project updates and status reports

Conduct stakeholder analysis to determine where project management should direct its efforts

Recommend level of support by determining desired support, desired project role, and desired action

Provide validated ​inputs based on User Testing and User Council Testing results to the decision makers

Extend assistance on rationalizing business requirements and benefits of internal projects

3.  Quality Management

Review and check all relevant deliverables of the project and working teams

Drive the Quality Management team in identifying quality standards that are relevant to the project

Require the project sponsor and overall project lead in providing the acceptance criteria for project deliverables and product performance

Document opportunities for improvement and applies what was learned to eliminate gaps between current and desired levels of performance 

Perform risk assessment
