As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Ensurinrg all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillarsWorking closely the Service Delivery team and leading projects to drive local strategies such as standardization, operational efficiency, and remote operationsProviding real time 24/7 support and solutions to our field and shore-based service delivery teams.Communicating and presenting recommendations, project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders and other stakeholdersDeveloping and implementing operational standards for the introduction of new products and technologies.Creating location specific trend analysis for specified technologiesParticipating and leading failure and Quality Review Board meetingsProviding advice and risk analysis for deviation waiver request (DWR) process for specified technologiesProviding instruction and knowledge transfer to the Technical Support & Reliability community.Acting as a subject matter expert to operations and maintenance organizations for specified technologiesAssisting in root cause analysis and participating in the creation of cause maps for multiple assigned technologiesDriving multidisciplinary focusTo efficiently connect and ensure communication between interdisciplinary teams to enable an efficient and reliable support to deliver flawless execution.To measure and elevate quality, technical and performance escapes before it happens using the multidisciplinary skillset and competences. Engaging with the customerSupport the Service Delivery coordinators on customer presentations, incident analysis, DBR request and other technical meetings as required.Driving continuous improvementTo identify and report gaps in local capabilities to ensure compliance with global standardsParticipate on all Pre & Post Jobs in order to capture, share and monitor lessons learned are implementation.Monitor local KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activityAssist with quality audits and customer visits

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Technology (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services in lieu of degree)5+ years of experience in drilling services.Be able to travel at short notice to global and off-shore locations (around 25% of the time)
