Job Duties

Handling the maintenance and renewal quotationManage the delivery of managed services, ensuring compliance with Service level agreement (SLAs)Maintaining accurate and organized documentation related to service delivery including contracts, service agreement and client recordsConduct regular checks of renewal dates and update the database accordinglyHandling customer inquiries, requests and feedback related to service delivery, and providing timely and professional responses.Perform Data Entry tasks to ensure accurate tracking of contracts and licenses, and generating reports on the service delivery metrics from the systemProcessing service orders, tracking order status, and coordinating with relevant department to ensure timely service delivery to customersCoordinating with internal teams to optimize the service delivery processPreparing reports on service delivery performance and providing insights for management reviewAssisting in managing inventory levels, tracking stock of service-related materials or parts, and coordinating with suppliers or vendors as needed.Coordinating with external vendors or service providers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring vendors meet service delivery expectations.Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to the service delivery team.

Requirements:

High Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplinesSelf-motivated, team building and able to work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to learn quickly on the job and undergo training if requiredAnalytical and detail-oriented in problem solvingFluency in verbal and written English/Cantonese/Mandarin

Preferred:

Experience in Service delivery or Sales support or business administration rolesImmediate available is highly preferred
