Sr. HR Operations Service Delivery Analyst 

Senior HR Operations Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes and services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR support to employees. This role involves collaborating with various HR teams, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and continuously improving HR Operations service delivery. Additional responsibilities include management of intake items from across People Team and facilitation, monitoring and reporting of HR Operation rhythms and KPIs. 

What you’ll do

HR Process Facilitation: 

Facilitate HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR platform administration (ServiceNow and Workday primarily). Ensure all HR processes are documented, streamlined, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. 

 Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance HR service delivery. Utilize HR metrics and feedback to drive improvements in service quality and efficiency. 

 Collaboration / Stakeholder Engagement: 

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other HR teams to ensure cohesive and efficient HR operations. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals. Involve key decision-makers and stakeholders in the review process. Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments. 

People Team Intake 

Conduct initial scoping evaluations to assess the needs of each request. Facilitate awareness of HR Ops activities, methodology and platform capabilities to fully support requests as needed Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure coordinated efforts across People Team. Ensure all documentation is completed and maintained promptly. Provide support and answer inquiries from within HR Operations teams and / or stakeholders. Address any complaints or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Identify opportunities for improving intake processes. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning. 

Monthly Business Review (MBR) / Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) Responsibilities 

Meeting Preparation: 

Lead the meeting, ensuring all participants can contribute; strategize on best practice for team engagement and improvement of meeting delivery Develop an agenda that covers all critical topics and ensures a structured discussion. Gather relevant data on key performance indicators (KPIs), team metrics, and operational results, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. 

Data Collection, Interpretation and Insights: 

Review data to remove any inconsistencies, errors, or duplicates; ensure data is accurate, complete, and timely – leadership ready. Evaluate progress towards strategic goals and objectives, monitor the implementation of action plans and track progress. Interpret the analysis results to provide actionable insights and recommendations; identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. Create reports and visualizations to present the analysis results clearly and effectively. 

Who you are:

Data analytical expertise – evaluate data critically to ensure accuracy and relevance; understanding of HR and Operations to contextualize data and make relevant recommendations; effective communication of complex insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations Stakeholder engagement – strong relationship-based communication skills, ability to provide consultation, negotiation and adaptability; effective influencing to gain support and commitment while maintaining transparent communication and accountability HR Platforms: ServiceNow and Workday – design workflows, process design, understanding of system architecture for HR processes; develop / implement sustainable processes for cross-team use Project management – ability to plan, prioritize and implement projects within HR Ops for large cyclical activities or smaller core HR requirements; leverage PM methodology to communicate and share status with leadership and COEs 

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
