We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Data Engineer to take on a lead role within our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data engineering, with the ability to guide and mentor a team, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on data strategy and project timelinesCollaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure data infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and scalable.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data engineering capabilities.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a team lead or mentoring role.Full Onsite Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work full onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:Strong experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems.Experience with data modeling, data APIs, and data integration.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Let's make every day better together.
