What is the opportunity?

This Service Delivery Manager Role is responsible for the infrastructure delivery, application and operational performance for RBC Wealth Management (WM) and Global Asset Management (GAM).  This individual will drive projects, initiatives, special requests, improve services, as well as identify problem and change management trends focusing on improving service quality and overall LOB experience with TI. This is accomplished by gathering business requirements, aligning requirements with SME's across TI who can leverage current and new technology solutions, proactively being involved in day to day LOB technology activities and regular communication with the LOB.

What will you do?

Understand volumes, trends and strategy to identify and recommend cost-savings opportunities and service improvements on behalf of the LOB and TISupport Wealth Management and Global Asset ManagementPartner with IT Operations, Application Development and business stakeholders to lead the development of Infrastructure solutions architecture for high complexity and risk initiativesPlan all activities leading to the development of the overall infrastructure solution architectureAssess and analyze business strategy, requirements, current state environment and technology choices including alternatives that meet business sponsor needsEnsure financial component of Infrastructure services are fully understood

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

5+ years experience working in technology, an IT service management role or similarUndergraduate degreePrior experience working with infrastructure issues such as networks, data center/application deployments, server configurations, etc.

Nice-to-have

Experience working in a financial institutionCertification in IT Service Management
