Service Delivery Manager

As our manager of Service Delivery, you will help the Service Delivery department on the revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations, partnering with the Customer Operations team and R1 functional teams to deliver superior results. Every day you will contribute to our growing organization as a thought leader helping to improve the R1 RCM (R1) solution and inform our strategy. The Manager -Service Delivery is also responsible for supporting a high touch relationship with client counterparts and leadership, building and mentoring a high performing team, and being a liaison between internal operations and client teams. To thrive in this role you must, you must collaborate across teams, coaching/guiding teams to be subject matter experts for payer requirements to be as robust and efficient as possible to reduce rework, multiple touches, and accelerate cash real time. You must also have a clear understanding of the revenue cycle and hospital billing.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Service Delivery Manager:

Working closely with your client’s Service Delivery team and other internal functions while assisting in the relationship management of key client counterparts including continued communication of revenue cycle performanceExecute the R1 strategy as a team member who can translate everyday learnings into best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformationLead necessary analytics required to clearly communicate to clients both overall performance as well as specific ad-hoc subject matter areasProactively communicate metric performance and the detailed drivers/risks/barriers behind the data to help drive action plans creationPartner with R1 functional leaders on decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s)Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle TeamOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)Extensive acute revenue cycle experience 3-4 years of operational back-end experience

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $71,930.00 - $109,236.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
