Service Delivery Manager
About The Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance our service delivery processes, communication methods, and technology utilization. This role will also require travel to our GBS centres in Malaysia and Mexico.

 

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy. Candidates will be required to work from our Naas offices each week. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current ways of working and service delivery processes. Analyze and evaluate our existing communication methods across the organization. Review and assess our current automation and AI capabilities within the service delivery framework. Develop and present recommendations for process improvements, efficiency gains, and best practices. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather insights and implement improvements. Create documentation and guidelines for optimized processes and procedures. Assist in the identification and implementation of suitable tools and technologies to enhance service delivery. Qualifications & Skills:

 

Proven experience in service delivery management or consulting roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices. Experience with process optimization and change management. Familiarity with automation tools and AI applications in service delivery. Ability to work independently and deliver results within a short timeframe. About Kerry
