Service Delivery Manager

Our Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Telco & Metering Services team. This is a rare opportunity to deliver the On Demand Module (ODM) program of work across WA, SA & NT ensuring to meet the time and cost parameters set whilst exceeding customer expectations. Our On Demand Module (ODM) contract services both business and commercial customers along with residential applications providing them access to NBN’s fixed network across all technologies including FTTP, FTTC, FTTN and HFC.

Please note, this role is a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover. The successful candidate must reside in Perth, WA.

We would love to hear from applicants that hold the below: 

Prior experience within a leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.   Maintains excellent knowledge of telecommunications and cabling standards and regulations.  Can present to a range of audiences including internal staff, stakeholders and the client.  Exposure to negotiating and influencing decisions to achieve desired outcomes. Strong view on Downers Zero Harm standard, ensuring to promote, lead and support a safe working environment for all employees.
