Service Delivery Manager
Overview **This position is contingent upon award of contract** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Service Delivery Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services. Essential Job Duties Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps. Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment. Ability to resolve complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor. Ability to utilize problem management database and help desk system. Provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline. Twelve (12) or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree with eight (8) years of experience. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
