Safety-Kleen in Brantford, ON is hiring a Driver Operations Manager (known internally as a Service Delivery Manager) to join their safety conscious team! Our Service Delivery Managers are responsible for overseeing and organizing delivery routes, managing e-commerce deliveries, and providing training to employees, with a goal of ensuring daily routes are completed in the most efficient manner possible. They will serve as a primary point of contact with customers for service and sales requests, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
