About the Role

The service delivery manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services for the in-scope applications that are being used in AIA PH’s operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage team’s performanceManage BU’s escalations and ensure all production environments are up and running normallyMonitor production issues and ensure all issues are addressed accordingly in a timely mannerMitigate issues and recommend continuous improvement planEnsure team’s compliance with ITSM governance process and KPIsAttend major incident troubleshooting and provide regular executive summary updates for senior managementEvaluate potential risks associated with changes and assist on deployment plan Provide operational report thru weekly/monthly discussion reviewIdentify opportunities for process improvements through regular ticket analysis and feedback.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.Minimum of 8 years in IT service delivery, preferably in a Insurance environment. Operations and Delivery (including Incident, Problem. Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Service Level Management).Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Practitioner or Expert preferred).Technical knowledge in various technology and project management tools.Have been exposed to multi projects implementation and support.Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.Experience in supporting different business units and stakeholders and countries.Prior working experience in distributed and MNC.Good command over English.Should have excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
