Role Overview: CTG is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERPs. If you have a knack for building customer relationships, working proactively, and being solution-oriented, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee service delivery for several customers, focusing on Service Level Agreements, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement. Dynamically update the Service Delivery Plan according to customer priorities, focusing on communication, collaboration, and improvements. Ensure accurate billing for services provided, monitor the agreed budget, and negotiate necessary budget adjustments with customers. Motivate and coach customer teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Help clients future-proof their business. Maintain relationships with various suppliers and potential subcontractors. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in application services, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (AX) . Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus. Strong in process-based work, organizational development, and setting up necessary service reporting. Proactive in your approach. Natural motivator with a talent for coaching colleagues. Professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility, and commitment to winning and maintaining client trust. Bachelor's or master's degree. Willingness to travel. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
