Role: Service Delivery Manager
Experience: 12 – 15+ years of strong experience.
Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in an On-site model from the Client’s office in New York - NY.
Responsibilities and Skills
• Manage IT teams: Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of IT support teams.
• Manage IT services: Ensure IT services meet quality standards and service level agreements.
• Manage IT budgets: Manage IT resources and budgets and ensure optimal allocation.
• Manage IT risks: Identify, mitigate, and resolve IT risks and issues
• Manage IT policies: Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage client relationships: Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manage projects: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams.
• Monitor project progress: Monitor project progress and prepare status updates.
• Manage resources: Manage resources across different locations.
Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until March 7th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $120K - $145K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
