Service Delivery Manager (Problem Incident Management)

CGI is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Problem Incident Management) with strong expertise in ITIL processes to join our growing team!

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact
• Implement improved ticket routing and prioritization workflows

• Provide training for service desk agents on troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Assist in creating and maintaining SD Tier 1&2 knowledge base for common issues

• Monitor FCR rates and provide feedback and coaching to agents when needed

• Assist in the Evaluation and implementation automation tools (e.g., RPA or chatbots) for repetitive tasks

• Analyze trends in escalated tickets and provide targeted training to address knowledge gaps

• Leverage analytics to identify recurring issues and develop proactive solutions

• Work and liaison with APAC SD on projects ensuring all deliverables are met with accuracy and efficiency

• Meet regularly with APAC leads and Managers to provide guidance and reinforce best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring
• At least 10 years of Change Management and Problem Incident Management governance

• 10 plus years working and supporting a Tier 1 and 2 Service Desk

• ITIL4 certification

• PMP desirable

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500 - $219,600."
