The Service Delivery Coordinator – Canada ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria's. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues.

As the Canada Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales teams, direct interaction with customers, ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources. Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

As the Canada Service Delivery Manager

Providing leadership to the organization by inspiring commitment and engagement through setting a clear vision and direction

Creating and executing product line strategy and goals to ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations

Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high level of service delivery

Implementing and measuring KPI's associated with the product line to understand customer and market demands

Positioning strategic solutions to meet market needs based on knowledge of competitors and customers' industry and operations

Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a related education or 5-yrs equivalent experience in Chemicals/Service and Delivery Oil & Gas

Show solid previous experience and understanding of Oilfield Chemicals Upstream business

Show analytical and collaboration skills to lead decision-making processes in a team environment

Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Show excellent interpersonal communication skills and listening ability

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Have experience and understanding of HSE systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies 

Show a clear understanding of the business, customers and competitors in order to innovate value for our customers
