Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying improvements and recommending solutions in collaboration with CI Champions and/or business leads.Responsible for maintaining procedure manual for specific areas of responsibility for the assigned Division.Track and reduce data exceptions over time, providing regular reporting on exceptions.Conduct audits on Regulatory tasks and provide recommendations for process improvement.Support Shared Services Operations in delivering various services to the divisionManage Incident & Problem Management process, Change Request process, and Issue and Risk Management process.Manage and improve relationship with stakeholders in the Divison including Payroll, Reward and other groups supported by the People Services Delivery TeamManaging escalated enquires relating to GSSC and work with the People Serviced Delivery Team to deliver the required outcomesIdentify knowledge gaps and work with the Process Leads to build action plansResponsible for creating and issuing HR reports (both planned and adhoc).Work Experience:
