Along the way, ABB will support your learning and professional development.Your focus will be ABB’s 800xA automation solutions at the intersection of IT and OT, dedicating your time to supporting our largest pharmaceutical client.You'll serve as the client’s primary point of contact for managing requests for technical specialist support. Upon receiving a new request, you assess its priority, designate the appropriate ABB specialist, and initiate the process, which could include troubleshooting, recommendation of solutions, providing technical support, etc. Additionally, you'll follow up to ensure the issue is resolved to the client’s satisfaction.Your role will cover both support for operational production facilities and cutting-edge facilities in the testing and commissioning phase.Your responsibilities: •\tManage requests for technical support via email, phone, and direct interactions with engineers/specialists.•\tPrioritize incoming requests, contribute to root cause analytics and allocate the right specialist resources.•\tCreate and manage cases in ABB's case management system and handle additional administration according to customer requirements.•\tFollow up on cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.•\tCommunicate with and, when necessary, negotiate with the client regarding ongoing prioritization and tasks.•\tParticipate in status meetings with the client and other contractors, ensuring follow-up actions.•\tCoordinate with the ABB colleagues across the organization
Qualifications for the role\tA technical education with knowledge of industrial automation.\tExperience in task planning and prioritization, such as in a Lead Engineer, Coordinator, or Project Manager role.\tExperience from food, pharma or related businesses with high documentation standards will be beneficial.\tFamiliarity with ERP systems (we use SAP) – case management experience will be beneficial\tStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to support your proposals using facts and data.\tProficiency in English – our team is international.\tCultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
