Service Delivery Specialist

The Procurement Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for a wide range of duties that plan, enable, manage, and support the successful performance of the collective Global Procurement team. This position is responsible for performing business process & system administration duties in the Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence organization, supporting Procurement Operations.

The Procurement Service Delivery Specialist will administer and be the point of contact for all Purchasing Card transactions. It is expected that the Procurement Service Delivery Specialist will lead the Invoice Reconciliation process and collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receiving to reconcile invoice and receiving issues related to PO-to-Pay cycle, escalating to Procurement. This position will work closely with Compliance, Category managers, Warehousing, Accounts Payable and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Tasks:    

Provide Administrative, Functional and Project Support to Optimize Procurement Services 

Support the development and continuous improvement of Procurement processes that promote efficient and effective performance. 

Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of relevant Procurement processes.  

Support Procurement Programs to Ensure Accuracy and Integrity

Maintain Purchase Orders through Transactional Support and Stakeholder Collaboration: Process Change Order requests as necessary. 

Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receiving to reconcile invoice and receiving issues related to PO-to-Pay cycle; escalating to Procurement contact, when necessary, Identify and solve transactional issues regarding the Purchasing process; escalating when necessary.
