Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:
Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

JOB SUMMARY
The Service Delivery Organization is dedicated to providing exceptional business technology support, service management, risk management, and relationship management across all applications and infrastructure. As an intern on our team, you will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Technical Analysts, Business Users, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to help develop, document, and implement process and systems solutions that align with ADM’s strategic objectives. n this role, you will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert on how technology supports our business processes, particularly within transportation management.
Job Responsibilities
Gain functional expertise in applications and products related to one or more process areas.
Assist in conducting system fit/gap analysis and contribute to design decisions.
Help draft detailed functional and technical designs for business requests, working alongside business and development teams as necessary.
Provide process and functional insights to assist technical teams in resolving escalated support issues.
Support merger and acquisition initiatives with relevant process and functional expertise.
Maintain regular and accurate status updates and documentation for management and team members regarding assigned support and enhancement projects.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within your designated process area.
Qualifications:
Prior knowledge or experience in transportation management processes is preferred.
Familiarity with Mcleod, CICS, and IMS systems, particularly in Order Processing, Trucking, and Freight Accrual, is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
