**Become the driving force behind the transformation of our services into outstanding experiences! We are seeking a seasoned Service Design expert who is a true people person, with a deep understanding of human nature and captivating storytelling.**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ **Advocacy and relationship building.** You are a champion for service design, building trust with our stakeholders and furthering the reputation and impact of service design at The LEGO Group
+ **Managing decisions and risks.** You can work with consequential or complex risks. You can build consensus between departments or independent stakeholders. You can lead others to makegood designdecisions.
+ **Communicating between the technical and non-technical.** You can listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them. You can effectively manage stakeholder expectations. You can manage active and reactive communication. You can support or host difficult discussions within the team or with diverse senior stakeholders.
+ **Storytelling** . Tell compelling stories that help build empathy with user pain points and an appreciation for underlying technology constraints.Visualizationskills are a plus.
+ **Create Service Blueprints.** Facilitate mapping as-is and to-be user journeys and service blueprinting with participants from all seniority levels
+ **Prototyping** . You can use a variety of prototyping methods. You can look at strategic service design end to end.

Our User Research and Service Design teamsupportsthecreation ofawesome LEGO® shopping experiences for our users, working shoulder to shoulder with business teams and product teams across theorganization. In this role, you will be working on some of thehighestpriority strategic projects at The LEGO group.

**Do you have what it takes?**
To be part of our team you need to have several years of proven working experience in a service design role together with validated experience applying service design principles to real world problems and drivingimpact.
Using service design practices, you will be comfortable leading Discovery efforts with a diverse set of teams across the globe at all levels in anorganisation.
Bringing experience in designing and running Lean experiments is beneficial, but not essential.
Moreover,tosucceed in this role, we expect you todemonstrate:
+ Ability to work in a cross-functional team, using design thinking to build empathy for user needs.
+ Experience mapping complex processes with many levels of user and sharing artefacts with senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Advanced English both written, as we are an internationally gathered team. Also to be able to and your ideas throughvisualizationsusing English flawlessly.
+ Availability to travel occasionally, 2-3 times per year.
