Responsible for fielding tickets that include but are not limited to on/off boarding, user access, quarterly security reviews, and audit evidence collection.
Responsibilities Complete logical access (user security) tickets spanning multiple software applications and systemsGather audit evidence to meet the company’s internal control and SOX requirementsFacilitate and shepherd quarterly security reviews across numerous areas of the business Maintain and improve our Logical Access reporting tools Simplify and enhance the Logical Access process control maps Assist in maintaining our Application Matrices Assist users with access requests, access issues, and reports QualificationsRequired
Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitudeA proactive and meticulous mindset.Strong analytical skills. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.A commitment to maintaining high standards of IT governance and security.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·Positive attitude and highly motivated.On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN.Preferred
2-year degree in IT or related fieldExperience with Microsoft Active DirectorySignificant experience with the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Logical Access and SOX controlsIndustry knowledge (Steel, Scrap, & Manufacturing)
