We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. **Requirements: What You Need to Succeed** Successful candidates will possess: + Experience of working multi discipline, medium sized skilled IT Service Desk or service orientated role + Must demonstrate ability to deliver outstanding service in a busy environment. + Good understanding of Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Collaboration tools such as Zoom and Box, and a basic understanding of the Windows Operating System + Incident, Problem and Request Fulfilment disciplines + Ability to document processes and carry out administration functions. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist **The Role:** + Identifies potential threats to the confidentiality, integrity or availability of the system. Determines when security issues should be escalated to a higher level, to enhance resilience to unauthorised access. + To diagnose faults and service requests referring to 2nd and 3rd line support teams where necessary to resolve incidents. + Receive, log, resolve or escalate IT incidents using ITSM system, following agreed procedures. + Acting as the first point of contact for all CUK IT incidents and service requests. **About You: The Ideal Candidate** In this role, your distinct personal attributes will be the key to standing out.
