Your responsibilities
processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service, diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them, forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible, ensuring the quality of communication, registering and analyzing reports, suggesting improvements and optimizations.Our requirements
fluency in English & Spanish (at least B2). high-level communication skills, familiarity with computer hardware construction, knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package, team-oriented attitude.Nice to have
Educational background as an information technology technician.
