**Position: Service Desk Analyst**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Detect incidents
+ Triage, record, and maintain incidents/requests information to aid current and future resolutions
+ Resolve incidents/fulfill requests at first contact
+ Own (single point of contact), escalate, and coordinate the activities required to resolve the incident or fulfill the request until closure
+ Control further escalations as required
+ Conduct System Monitoring to ensure high availability of business critical/important systems
+ Process and fulfill new profile request and profile deletions or as per requested and stated in ITAMS.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses
+ At least 2 years related experience
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
+ Knowledgeable in the ff:
+ Windows Desktop environment
+ Basic software installation and troubleshooting
+ Basic internetworking computers
+ Strong Customer focus
+ Ability to define and solve problems
+ Very good English communication skills
+ Demonstrate desire to learn
+ Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work
+ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept varied assignments
+ Can work with minimum supervision
