Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Onsite in Oshkosh, WI
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
About the Role:
Are you ready to kickstart your IT career with a global company? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Service Desk Technician to join our Help Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide first-level phone support for all end-user issues via phone, email, and chat. Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents. Expand your skillset by taking on responsibilities for in-person support, desktop support, and more.
What We're Looking For:
Basic IT and hardware troubleshooting skills in an enterprise Windows 10 environment. Experience with phone support and excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with O365 and Active Directory is a plus.

Additional Information:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00
