What You'll Do: Provide first-level phone support for all end-user issues via phone, email, and chat. Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents. Expand your skillset by taking on responsibilities for in-person support, desktop support, and more. What We're Looking For: Basic IT and hardware troubleshooting skills in an enterprise Windows 10 environment. Experience with phone support and excellent customer service skills.
