What you’ll be doing.
Analyzes and routes client concerns through phone calls and ticketing system to the appropriate support department
Answer client phone inquiries Analyze the concern to properly create an document service tickets Routes calls and tickets to the appropriate support team Provide simple walkthroughs with the company’s secure email application Acts as backup in times of staffing shortage in other departments during outages Follow up pending cases of clients by phone and emailWhat does it take to succeed in this role?
