A client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Desk II Associate.
Responsibilities:
* The Service Desk Associate will provide advanced support for technical issues, including AS400 systems, Zoom telephony, Office 365, and Active Directory management
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems, ensuring timely resolution
* Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the ticket
* Assist with account management, including password resets and user provisioning
* Document solutions and update knowledge base articles to enhance future support
* The Service Desk Associate will collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and improve processes
* Support remote users as needed, with flexibility for remote work for qualified candidates
