Service Desk Executive ( 4 years Experience)

What to expect

Good communication and writing skills.Hands-on experience with all tasks involved in managing a help desk.Good hands-on experience Service Now service Desk tool.Knowledge on Solarwinds monitoring tool.Opportunity to practice and teach customer service and effective communication to fellow employees.Working with the guidance of professionals and seniors.Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets.ITIL certificate is preferred.Good documentation skills on preparing SOP.Good knowledge on CAB process, change management.Good experience in handling major incidents, Service Request, Change tickets and able to prepare reports.Experience in monitoring tools like nagios and solariwind,

Responsibilities

Run the help desk,  asset supply, and deployment and vendor managementReceive and respond to IT queries promptlyManage asset inventoryAssist employees as when required, with technical issues; document incidents for future referenceCollaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiencyPrepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
