What success looks like in this role:

Review contract documents to understand the scope of the implementationInteract with clients to plan and execute the implementation of Unisys service desk servicesManage the implementation efforts to ensure that systems, staffing, processes and documentation are made ready for the go-live of Unisys supportInterface with various teams within Unisys (i.e.  ServiceNow, Reporting, B2B integration, Work force management, KFS, Telephony, etc.)Use project management skills to ensure all deliverables are completed to scheduleManage issues, gaps and risks to ensure interested parties are made aware and mitigations are agreed.Communicate project status regularly to stake holdersParticipate actively and lead efforts in the assigned projects for continuous improvement of steady state activities.Manage multiple implementation projects at once

You will be successful in this role if you have:

A Bachelor's Degree or commensurate on the job experience.Ability to collaborate with clients and prospects to understand and anticipate their business needs.Strong written and oral communication skills.   Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, easily.Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location team.Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.Knowledge in the area of Service Desk offerings a strong plus.Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
