Job Description
An employer is looking for a ServiceDesk support professional to troubleshoot both hardware & software issues. They will provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems. Includes both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests through ServiceNow. As well as possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods (SLAs), and techniques used in computer support.

Skills and Requirements
* 2+ year of experience in helpdesk/ServiceDesk/ IT support role utilizing any ticketing systems
* Experience in supporting Windows and Office 365
* Ability to provide application support and password resets
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues null
