A Kforce client located in Grand Rapids, MI is looking to add a Service Desk Technician to their team to support growth! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the IT Services and Support industry and have exposure to a wide variety of technical scenarios with different clients.
Summary:
The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for supporting the IT service desk by providing end-user support via phone calls, e-mails, and self-service requests. They will troubleshoot and problem solve a range of technical issues from Windows desktop to internet connectivity and offer advice on how to solve them. In this role, you will provide a high level of customer services while working to solve end users' requests and updating trouble tickets.
Responsibilities:
* Support experience in: VPN, Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD
* Technical support at the network level: TCP/IP, IPConfig, Tracert, WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
* Use software and hardware pertinent to the detection and resolution of desktop computers and network problems
* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and peripherals
* Microsoft 365 Administration
