We are looking for a Service Developer to join our team and bring fresh ideas to our global service offerings at Endress+Hauser Group Services. As the bridge between strategy and execution, Group Services provides vital support to our business units worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to shape the future of industrial services.

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will:

Innovate and develop advanced global service offerings that seamlessly integrate with our process automation portfolio. Lead and manage the industrialization of the service offering including writing user stories, defining technical requirements for IT developers, and testing developed applications. Drive continuous improvement to enhance and optimize our existing service offerings. Facilitate the global deployment and rollout of new service offerings by providing training and technical support to sales and service centres. Collaborate with internal technology and service experts to optimize customer journeys and improve service delivery efficiency. Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of tangible results.

 

What do we expect from you? 
You:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, service engineering, or a related field. Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT environment. Have knowledge of industrial services and the process automation markets (a plus). Demonstrate strong project management skills and a passion for digitalization. Thrive in agile environments and foster effective collaboration among diverse teams. Have experience with cloud-based delivery systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP) and IT architecture design. Exhibit leadership, coordination, and excellent communication skills. Manage time effectively and escalate issues when necessary. Are skilled in design thinking, customer journey mapping, and service blueprinting (preferred). Are fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
