We are hiring a Service Dispatch Manager to be based in our Edison, NJ location. The Service Dispatch Manager is responsible for monitoring service activity and assigning service events to field service resources. The Service Dispatch Manager will lead a team of 10 service dispatchers and ensure that field service resources are utilized in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team.Manage the dispatch team schedule and ensure adequate coverage for all support hours.Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics.Provide oversight for field service scheduling and field service resource assignments.Ensure that all dispatchers receive adequate training.Maintain optimum use of the CRM system, including timely service incident updates.Mediate problems and disputes between dispatch/field service resources and customers as neededEstablish and implement dispatch and service incident update processes and ensure compliance by dispatchers and service resources.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Required Skills/Education
5+ years of experience of operational support in the service repair industry.Knowledge of field service dispatch softwareWorking knowledge of Astea Service Alliance preferredAbility to manage and direct the dispatch teamStrong organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work well under pressure and make quick decisionsAttention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasksDesired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent customer service skills.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
