Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.

Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants. Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.

Qualifications:Previous Service Advisor experience, preferredPrior experience as an automotive technician a plusA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to multi-task in a fast paced work environmentBasic mechanical understanding of an automobileStrong organizational skills and detail orientedAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
