For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2025 Employee Benefits | Frontline Team Members (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) **Key Responsibilities:** + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. + Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and control panels. + Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity. + Conduct inspections of electrical systems, identifying potential issues and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards. + Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. + Provide timely and professional service to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. + Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. + Maintain and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials needed for service calls. + Respond to emergency electrical service calls as needed. + Train and mentor junior electricians or apprentices, if applicable. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED. + 5 years experience as a service electrician or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment. + Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Strong communication and customer service abilities. + Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
