Location: Aurora-Training Center Job InformationJoin a growing team leading the creation and delivery of world-class dealer service technician training for Doosan forklifts at the 44,000 sq ft Doosan Bobcat Training Center in Aurora, CO. Fully leverage the facility’s multiple classrooms, component tear-down rooms, and expansive shop – complete with a wide range of tools, simulators, and equipment.
Role & Responsibility Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtual training Represent the training needs of dealer service technicians Create training content based on comprehensive Doosan Bobcat technical and design resources Lead the creation of visual training aids (animations, videos and diagrams), as well as hands-on aids (component cut-aways, wiring boards) Lead the creation of hands-on lab workshop activities and capability assessments Support the creation of computer-based training Train dealership service technicians in the proper and safe diagnosis and repair of company equipment Provide subject matter expertise to proofread service-related publications for accuracy and user comprehension Develop, administer, and perform in-house training sessions as required Collaborate with global Service Training Instructors, Engineers, and Service teams Job Requirement Education: Associates Degree – Technical required, Bachelors preferred. Equivalent work experience is accepted Experience: 2-5 years as a technical training instructor Material handling industry equipment (forklifts) experience Construction industry equipment experience preferred Automotive/transportation industry equipment experience preferred Technical or Community college instructor preferred Travel: <10% Ability to explain the practical fundamentals of electronics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, diesel and LP engines, electric vehicles High level of presentation and instructional skills Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, emailAreas of attention when carrying out the position
