Service Engineer, IORT

Provides after-sales service support to customers on-site in the fields of installation, repair, and maintenance Zeiss products. Serves as technical troubleshooter and reports directly to Regional Service Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Support  high quality after-sales service to satisfy customers   

Handle technical inquire and provide instruments installation, de-installation, maintanence, troubleshooting and repair

2.  Provide effective communication to customer and visiting VIP customers   

3.   Handling service quotation, service contract and collect service AR.     

4.  Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
