Work under general direction of the regional service supervisors. Responsible for the normal operation of micro system in the rgions, service assistances and coordination to RSS, establishing and managing customer database.

Main tasks

-Troubleshoot, install, repair micro system on sites.

-Provide product operation and basic usage training on sites.

-Provide customer technical support on line.

-Improve customer satisfaction through prompt customer response time and problem resolution.
