Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology With at least one (1) year experience in the Construction industry Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production and Quality Control Leads Operations of the batch plant in order to meet production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules Makes all the corresponding control adjustments to ensure production efficiency Conducts preventive checking to avoid occurrences of product non-conformity Conducts troubleshooting to solve problems that affect process and equipment operation Identifies and records any product quality issues Process Improvements Embarks on improvement efforts in operating the plant, equipment, and facilities Coordinates with other functional areas Recommends process improvements for more efficient operations Personnel Management Supervises the workers during plant operations Ensures adherence to plans and programs Implements Personnel Policies Safety Compliance Implements plant regulations on safety work permit for critical jobs in the batching plant Conducts toolbox meetings before the start of operations focusing on operational and safety concerns Identifies and corrects hazards Conducts safety audit, hazards, and improvement reports with the Safety Officer Coordination Verifies job site pouring preparations, including volume computation, batching plant mobilization and utilization
