As a Service Engineer based in KUNDL, TIROL you will perform activities required for the installation, commissioning, start-up and technical support of Emerson systems at customer sites. You will be responsible also for performing work according to the Emerson standards of safety and quality.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform Control system maintenance tasks and performance evaluations. Provide technical support to customers and be able to solve customers problems related to the process system. Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations. Assist in design studies, Hardware and Software upgrades and modifications. Execute all work (repairs, installations, training etc.) in accordance with guidelines and certifications and the requested job in the best way to meet customer’s deadlines and expectations. Be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services. Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management. Grow the Systems Service business, especially service contracts, Guardian and DeltaV Add on packages. Assist in projects, System Setup and software changes.Who You Are:

For this Role, You Will Need:
Technical College level degree and a relevant experience from process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries. Good communications skills and proficient in English –written and spoken. Availability to work non-office hours and perform call-out services, if applicable. Open to work offshore, if will be necessary. Driving license for car.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Product Knowledge will be considered a plus. Degree or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems).Our Offer to You
