Main Tasks / 主要任务 1. Perform technical field service activitieso Installation and commissioning of equipmento Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenanceo Escalation to HQ for supporto User training / customer trainingo Providing sales support when neededo All necessary reporting as per company policy2. Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service support3. Provide customer service / support with issue resolution; ensure open service issues areclosed out in a timely manner4. Provision of demo products maintenance to ensure excellent product performance in alldemonstrations5. Participation in service training (both internal and external trainings)6. Report to Service supervisor / factory on product issues experienced such as standards ofproduction, quality and safety of the product range7. Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales servicewhich interact between sales admin, logistics, customers and application specialists etc.8. Provision of follow-up support to customers after equipment installation to ensure a smoothcompletion of the contract9. Provision of technical sales assistance in product configuration selection inclusive of software and hardware recommendations10. To take initiative in updating one’s own product & technical knowledge by attending trainingprograms organized by the Company

Education / 教育背景 1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in Engineering of Electrical, Automation, Electronics,Mechanical, or Optics related field.Experience /经验 2. Minimum 3 years experience in Semiconductor equipment field service3. Prior experience in automation controlling or optics would be a plus4. Good manner of English in reading, writing and speakingOther skills /其他技能 5. Strong logical thinking and problem solving skill6. Working under pressure and great attention to details7. Team player and excellent communication skills cross functions and region8. Can adapt to frequent traveling
