Field Service Engineers in Production Support and Interface Solutions (PSI) will have opportunity to experience a range of activities, which vary week to week and sometimes day to day. You will respond to customer needs remotely or at the customer site to repair down systems. Additionally, will perform regularly scheduled maintenance on Teradyne systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

installing and de-installing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Training customers on proper maintenance procedures Travel to customer sites that occasionally require plane flights for remote locations in the US. Displays professionalism, understanding, tact, fairness, and technical knowledge in all internal and external customer interactions. Provide technical support to customer and field team either on-site or through phone or email. Participate in cost reduction, productivity improvement program initiated. Participate or drive escalated issues or improvement work utilizing cross-functional team (field- team, customers, and factory). Strives to work independently for most situations that require one person. Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge related to the job. Qualifications: Familiarity with DMM, Power Supplies, Frequency Counters Field Service experience a plus  College degree or equivalent experience servicing ATE for 5 or more years Benefits:
