The Teradyne Global Customer Service (GCS) Korea team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support regional customers. Teradyne GCS Korea is one of the market leaders in providing field service solutions to our customers.

 

Responsibilities Carry out routine service jobs at customer site, including installation, calibration and preventive maintenance. Work closely with customers and internal application / engineering team in solving customer’s technical issues. Provide training for new customers ( both on line and on site ). Work closely with other field service and application engineers in the region, share information and support each other. Successful candidate will main in charge of customers in Taiwan but will have the opportunity to support other regional customers in Asia.

 

Basic Qualifications & Skills Equipped with basic electrical / electronic background, understands schematic diagrams. Relevant experience in SMT PCB assembly environment will be an added advantage. Good analytical skills, able to analyze and approach problems in logical manner. Excellent communication skills, able to describe a problem and the solving process effectively. Commitment to high standard of work and customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel.

 

Education Bachelor degree or Diploma in electrical / electronic engineering. Candidate with mechanical engineering or computer science background with relevant experience may also apply.
