As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support to both customers and partner. This position works independently to resolve all assigned technical issues. Partners with Sales and Service management to drive customer satisfaction and business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesHandle customers’ service requests, provide technical solutions.
Perform high quality installation, repair and maintenance.
Assigned and responsible for customer satisfaction
Work with other colleagues closely to grow business.
Manage service parts well, return service parts on time.
Summarize and share service experiences with team.
Provide technical, quality and design feedbacks to factory
QualificationsBachelor or above in automation, physics, electrical engineering is preferred,
2-3 years customer service experience. Proven system analytical problem-solving skills.
Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill.
Works independently and as part of team
Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers.
Well oral and written English skill.
Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base.
