What you will do:
As Service Engineer you are responsible for carrying out implementation projects alone or/and as part of a project group. Your tasks will include customer meetings and working in the customer interface, design work, training and implementation work. The project scope varies from system pre-design to coordination of customer services group level solutions. The work is delivered in co-operation with Siemens and customers IT and OT departments. To carry out your role from day one, you must have a basic understanding of Siemens technology and TIA Portal.
You will work as a part of Service Operations team, consisting of OT and IT specialists, all delivering services to Finnish industrial sector. Your role will include delivery of other service contract work and support of your team members. The role offers a possibility to grow, obtain skills and have wider responsibility of service delivery.
Requirements:A few years of experience in implementation projects and customer work in the Finnish industryBasic knowledge of Siemens technology and TIA PortalYou know how to work independently in customer problem situations, both remotely and sometimes at their premisesYou are full of ideas, and think outside the box - more broadly than just regarding technology or a single angleService mindset - in case a customer case requires, you do not hesitate to serve customers in cross-border projects in both English and FinnishBachelor / Master’s Degree in technology or/and industrial automation or equivalentYou speak fluent Finnish and EnglishYou are located and live in Finland. Preferred location EspooAbility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland to customer locationsKnowledge of cybersecurity service and NIS2 directive are considered as an advantageExperience of delivering predictive maintenance and cybersecurity services is considered as an advantageWhat can we offer you?
