Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide high quality after-sales service to Hospitals and private clinicsHandle technical inquiries, provide instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairEffective internal and external communicationHandling of service quotation, service contracts and collect service ARPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Physics or engineering preferred2 or more years experience in related field is preferredFresh Graduates are WelcomedProactive, can do attitude and ability to work with changing client needsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressure and in a teamFluent in English and CantoneseFamiliar with optical systems is preferredFamiliar with TCP/IP connection, PC, server, database backup and restoreComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft WindowsWillingness to travel internationally
