What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love It)
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of mining technology, bridging the gap between innovation and practical application. Here’s what makes this opportunity exciting:
Deliver Technical Support: Provide remote technical support to global technicians, resolving operational challenges and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain top performance.
Drive Product Improvements: Develop repair procedures and provide actionable feedback to engineering and production teams, improving product durability and reliability.
Develop Resources: Create and optimize service documentation, diagnostic guides, and training materials to empower technicians worldwide with the tools to succeed.
Lead Training Programs: Conduct training sessions for Sandvik and mine-site technicians, sharing your knowledge to enhance skills in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Support Deployments: Assist with commissioning new equipment and develop mine site readiness guides to ensure smooth integration of our BHEV systems.
Travel & Connect: Engage directly with customers and global sites through a role that includes 10–30% domestic and international travel, giving you hands-on opportunities to make a difference.
What You Bring (and Why You’re Perfect for Us)

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in servicing heavy machinery, particularly underground mining equipment.
Proficiency with CAN bus systems, powertrain systems, fire suppression systems, and electric vehicle components.
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics.
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in developing technical documentation and training resources.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
