Job Responsibilities1. 负责丹佛斯变频器产品的现场安装、调试、维护及故障诊断工作;
2. 提供客户现场技术支持,解决设备运行中的技术问题;
3. 分析设备故障原因,撰写现场服务报告并提出改进建议;
4. 协助客户进行设备操作培训及日常维护指导;
5. 配合销售团队完成技术方案沟通与售后问题处理;
6. 及时高效处理客户现场技术问题,提升客户服务体验。
Background & Skills 全日制大学本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业; 要求3年及以上变频器、伺服驱动器等工业自动化设备现场调试/维修经验,熟悉主流品牌变频器调试优先; 精通变频器硬件工作原理及常见故障排查方法; 能独立完成电气图纸分析,熟练使用万用表、示波器等检测工具; 具备主流品牌PLC编程及调试能力者优先; 具备Profibus/Profinet/Ethernet等现场总线调试经验者优先; Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
