To provide quality, professional, and profitable after-sales support & service to the Emerson Measurement Solution customers in Iraq for metering systems. Having Knowledge of Analytical & Radar Tank Gauging system, Guided Waive radar is a plus. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Own the Start-up & Commissioning activities of the Metering Systems and Products including planning, execution and reporting to Customer. + Provide sophisticated technical support to Customer for the maintenance of Metering Systems and associated products such as HMI, Flow computer, GC, Gas & Liquid USMs and Coriolis meters. + Carry out site surveys and assessment of MSS metering systems installed base for upgrades. + Carry out supervision of installation and commissioning, fault analysis / investigation and repairs on Rosemount Measurement & Analytical products. + Demonstrate, calibrate and retrofit the Emerson range of Measurement & Analytical field devices + Compile service Reports / Time Sheets and Acquiring customer sign off for work undertaken + Liaison with Divisional Engineering / Manufacturing centers in Europe / USA / Asia + Support Service Job Planning for Iraq Service and Training jobs + Support sales activities with required support, like surveys, and customer meetings + Carry out field modifications, upgrades independently or under supervision of a Project Manager as applicable. + Guide and mentor FSEs in solving issues and provide support in raised service matters. + Develop Customer relationship to ensure long term Customer dedication and growth of service business. + Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager. **Who you are?** + Pro-actively work with customers to grow after-sales services revenue. + Strong digital literacy (MS Office and other engineering software) + Strong experience in all areas of instrumentation and control system. **For this Role, You Will Need:** + Qualified in an Engineering field (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical) or Equivalent. + Hands-on experience in the start-up, commissioning and maintenance of Metering Systems and Flow Meters in the Oil & Gas sector. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Proven knowledge of Custody metering applications, Petroleum Measurement standards + Previous experience working in DanPac ,DeltaV, Movcon HMI, floboss S600 and other flow computers. + Application knowledge and exposure to Daniel / Micro Motion/Rosemount/ Roxar flow products. + Ability to communicate optimally.
